Privacy Policy

Draft: this is a plain-language starting point. Please have it reviewed by a legal adviser before you rely on it, especially because the academy teaches children.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the programme you are interested in.
• Free assessment: the information you submit in the assessment form, which is handled separately on its own page.
• WhatsApp and email: whatever you choose to send us when you contact us.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about the programme you asked about, to schedule assessments and classes, and to run the academy. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Waitlist details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the academy can open.

Children

Learners under 18 should be registered by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to al.amanah.international.academy@gmail.com.
